Cancellation Policy

How and when a Lifrica Membership can be cancelled — before enrolment, after enrolment, or by the Company — and exactly what happens to your Tier Benefits once it is.

TGCX Fintech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with CIN: U66190GJ2024PTC152724 and having its registered office at 304, Venus Benecia Pakvan, S.G. Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380054, operates the digital platform Lifrica (the "Platform" or "Application") and offers, among other things, a paid, non-recurring membership programme on the Platform (the "Membership Programme"). This is an agreement between you ("User", "You" or "your") and the Company.

This Cancellation Policy supplements, and should be read together with, the Company's Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use of Services, and Privacy Policy (each available on the Platform). In the event of any conflict between this document and the aforesaid policies with respect to the Membership Programme, this document shall prevail to the extent of such conflict; all other provisions of those policies (including but not limited to Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution) shall continue to apply.

I. CANCELLATION BEFORE ENROLMENT IS COMPLETE

A User may cancel an in-progress purchase of the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Tier at any point before payment is successfully completed, without any charge or consequence. Where a User has been extended an invitation to the Supreme Tier, the User may decline or simply not act on the invitation at any time before payment is made, without any charge or consequence.

As set out in the Membership Terms and Conditions, the Company may also withdraw or let such an invitation lapse before payment is received.

II. CANCELLATION BY A MEMBER AFTER ENROLMENT

A Member may request to cancel their Membership at any time after enrolment by submitting a request through the Platform's official support channel or to the Grievance Officer.

On cancellation under this Clause, the Member's access to the Tier's Benefits will cease from the date the cancellation is processed by the Company. Cancellation after enrolment does not, by itself, entitle the Member to a refund of the Membership Fee; refund eligibility is assessed exclusively under the Refund Policy (including the Cooling-Off Window described therein).

A Member may not partially cancel a Membership (for example, retaining access to some Benefits of a Tier while cancelling others). Cancellation applies to the Membership and the associated Tier as a whole.

III. CANCELLATION / REVOCATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company may cancel or revoke a Membership, with or without prior notice, where:

  • (i)
the Member breaches the Membership Terms and Conditions, or Terms of Use of Services,
  • (ii)
    the Member provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of enrolment or in response to an invitation;
  • (iii)
the Company reasonably suspects fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Membership Programme; or
  • (iv)
the Company is directed to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.

Where the Company cancels a Membership under this Clause on account of the Member's breach or fraud, the Membership Fee already paid shall not be refundable, save to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

IV. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION

On cancellation of a Membership (whether by the Member or the Company), the Member's access to the corresponding Tier and its Benefits ceases with effect from the date of cancellation. Any Benefits already availed by the Member up to that date are not reversed or undone. Cancellation of a Membership does not affect the Member's other rights and obligations under the Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use of Services, or Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to the Member's use of the Platform generally. Personal data associated with a cancelled Membership will continue to be processed and retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

V. RE-ENROLMENT

A Member whose Membership has been cancelled at their own request may apply to re-enrol in the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Tier by paying the then-current Membership Fee afresh. Re-enrolment in the Supreme Tier requires a fresh invitation from the Company, and a Member whose Membership was previously cancelled or revoked for breach or fraud is not entitled to be considered for such an invitation.

VI. NO CANCELLATION OF UTILISED BENEFITS

Where a specific Benefit under a Tier (for example, a one-time discount, voucher, or service) has already been availed or redeemed by a Member, that specific utilisation cannot be cancelled or reversed, irrespective of any subsequent cancellation of the underlying Membership.

VII. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS

The Company may amend these Membership Terms and Conditions from time to time, in the manner set out in the "Updates to our Policy" and "Modification" provisions of the Terms of Use of Services. Material changes affecting the core Benefits of a Tier already purchased by existing Members will be notified in advance where required by applicable law.

VIII. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the Governing Law & Jurisdiction clause of the Terms of Use of Services.
